In February of 2021, McGill University’s Engineering Undergraduate Society issued a fitness challenge to any student. During the entire month of February, we had to do 20 push-ups daily, submit the video proof in a cloud folder by the end of any given day and win 25$. So as you may all know by now, I do not shy away from regular fitness challenges and I was already doing push-ups every night back then so I told myself why not? In the end, I missed days 5, 11, 12, 15 , but I made sure to catch up on those push-ups the following respective days. Interestingly, on day 14, I hit my peak physical performance by doing 49 push-ups!! I did two or three extra push-ups every day in case I missed any in my counting or just in case, they would not count one or two for whatever reason.
